During the event, licensed marriage and family therapist Dr. Cecilia Lopez will teach participants how to spot toxic interactions and behaviors, including passivity, aggressiveness and passive aggressiveness. Dr. Lopez will also discuss ways to increase respectful assertiveness and set healthy boundaries. The event will include small group discussions on toxic relationships and breakthroughs.
